The BioMed research center gathers several of the professors in biochemistry and cellular physiology of the departments of Chemistry and biological Sciences. Already 16 regular professor-researchers and 4 associated researcher are members of BioMed including 2 pulpits of research of Canada.

The great characteristic of the research center BioMed is biomedical research. This one relates as much to the fundamental aspects covered by theoretical research as on the aspects more applied much covered by the search for goods and services, technological prevention and applications. Under this integrating topic of biomedical research, we can however lay down two principal orientations according to each one specific interests’ : tissue exchanges and cancer.
